Frisbee Golf
Note: This outlines the way we play Frisbee Golf. This is by no means close to the standard that people use
at parks and courses, it is an adaptation which can be used in any setting. We use standard frisbees which you will find in the
game closet on the back porch.
Score cards, pencils and clipboards (if needed) are in the small wood locker mounted on the back porch pillar.
A map of the course is on the back of the scorecards.
All “holes” (trees) are marked with a yellow wood sign. Begin at the “Start Here” tree.
You must stand close enough to touch the tree with your frisbee.
Each person takes a turn throwing their frisbee from that location.
For subsequent throws towards the hole, the furthest away throws first.
Any part of the tree (roots, high branches, etc) count.
Normally we keep scores as “par”.
For example if a hole was a 2 par hole and it took you three throws to get it you’d be one over par,
If you did the same on the second hole you would then be two over par.
After completing a hole you can either play the next hole from where your frisbee ended up or
from touch distance to the tree marked for the hole as you did at the start.
There are some natural obstacles such as trees and the cabin and there may be additional ones such as parked cars.
Unless it’s uncle Johnnies new Porsche. We don’t move them we just deal with it.
The last hole is on the 1st floor porch.
Your frisbee must land and stay on the porch area for it to count.
